No account holder is an unsecured creditor at a bank that comes under FCS.........
There is a defined point at which an account holder becomes an unsecured creditor in the FCS process.
Generally that is when an account holder exceeds $250K when all the accounts they hold at the ADI are added together. They are unsecured on the amount above $250K.
How this applies to the SW Trust accounts I am unsure. I do not know who my SW ANZ Trustee is, or how my account is arranged. ANZ would not tell me as I am not the account holder. 131314.
As my balance is zero I am satisfied in what I currently know.
