The guy is holding over 21.3M million options. If there was a problem I'm sure he'd be offloading the lot. So yeah it looks like he's taking his payment as a director which is what they were intended for.
What isn't a good look is your constant whinging Just move on, you say you don't hold and all you do is down ramp. You must be one of those trolls trying to get in at a cheaper price or just have a boring life and have nothing better to do.
