Rex T, Paul B, Geoffrey C and other employees and contractors all had outstanding loans as at the AGM last year.

No further extensions to the loans have been asked for at this AGM so they are due for payment this year.

Assuming all loans are for 5 years RT had $80,000 due by the end of this month and a further $278,000 (extended for 1 year at last AGM) by the 11 December. $358,000 in total

He did spend 2K.what facts did you present,that you think didn't get in the way of a good story?Did you present facts that indicate that RT will finance the loan in full,without selling any shares? NO. Did you present any facts that he will keep ANY shares at all? NO.The only fact that you presented is how much he imminently OWES the company. I have already stated that if the loans are paid(without dumping shares to pay for them),then that will tell me more than anything they say. This had not happened as of September 30 as that money would have shown up in the 5B.Whether there has been any selling by any director is open for debate,as you will notice that the 3Y for the SPP also contained the update on expired options from june,which has been lodged 5 months late. Let's wait and see what happens with either 3Y's or this quarters 5B,before defending their non(or token) support for the company.
GD comes onboard and almost immediately puts his hand in his pocket and buys stock on market, then supports the SPP for a maximum allocation.That stands in contrast to the rest of the …. perhaps I better not.

Why was the company late in lodging the options that RT let lapse? Administrative error, really? How about all the stuff going down with regards to unhappy (major) shareholders. This would have been yet another black mark at an inopportune time.
All other issues aside, there is usually a reason for things like this, one just doesn't forget to comply with a basic requirement, and I think it stinks.
