Why would we go down? I don't mind him selling down - In fact, I am more interested in the buyer because this is only a small portion of what traded so someone must have been looking for a sizeable portion of shares and they got around 8.5 million by my calculations SB only sold just over 2.5 million so someone purchased that much and even more from some other source. They will hopefully have to become a substantial holder and that will give us an insight into who thinks this is a good investment.
In these microcaps often directors are approached when someone wants in and if the purchaser is good to have on the register in the end sometimes the directors do sell to get them on board. I see this as positive someone wants us - it feels good to be wanted... SB still holds a lot of shares so I don't think he is selling out at all - in fact, he could have probably been the major supplier but only supplied around 30%.
It's really got my interest now.
Compliance well he bought a very small parcel less than $1000 often happens in December... Stated purchased instead of sold - really nothing to see here in my opinion...
