Very often the larger holders in management are forced to s well to get the new cornerstone investor what they want and one to the party because of the benefits they see that the cornerstone investor has for them. Then they claw back some on the market. Sounds sad as they incur cut and often pay more but if the cornerstone will create significant value then it's worthwhile. I see this as a great endorsement of Carbon and think we are in for a great ride upwards over time. Patiencenot my strongest suit but I will have to learn some here.
