    I think you might be on the right track. E25 need start-up funds.

    As a potential E25 buyer, I am a little disappointed (as are some of the current holders) that they didn't CR to bankroll the project.

    Instead they are trading out of a project with pretty good prospects, avoiding the round table from dilution/pocket diving.

    wee bit dodgy...
