Two weeks ago management sell to investors $20million of shares at 72cents.
Two weeks later management buy their special price shares at 13 cents. And didnt buy one share themselves at 72cents.
This is a fact.
not a good look. Indeed Some might say a red flag.... Having different classes of shares like that only has the potential to lead to conflicts of interest, preferential treatment for some, maltreatment for joe average...
