    - 5.1 including, apart from the other listed options and the unlisted fully paid ordinary shares
    - (escrowed to 11 December 2021) of 12,043,571; and
    - (escrowed to 29 January 2023) of 75,970,702.

    1. Do you consider the ANN of 12 March 2021 to be of great concern to the shareholder?
    2. Do you consider directors are filling their pockets and watering down the share value?
    3. Are these self-gratification payments any different to any other company?
