Been looking back at a few videos to find the point at which they decided to go it alone without partner. There's a presentation in November that still shows a JV equity investment but then the announcement of the Final investment decision has no mention of partner. So I'm taking the positive investment decision as the company agreeing to go it alone, which is probably why they were saying it'll be done very soon at that point.
