Agree, but this does look like an orderly inside sale to Remco who have moved to 11% ownership. I do think it is a fair enough argument that owner/founders seek to diversify their assets once they hit the big time. That would be the advice of any planner - might even be the insistence of a financier who provided finance to buy a stake of shares in the first place. Besides, these guys are now in a league where the holiday home in Aspen is attractive. 3.7m shares @ $4 plus will still keep him keen.
