I always look at this as a positive - if the director takes on an additional 10m shares thats a good thing.

I doub't he can complete an indirect transaction and then sell off with a 3 bagger. it would be too obvious and would face action to be taken.

So i'm hoping this is a positive sign off some ann to come and the directors are increasing their shareholding. Then again, I could be 100% wrong
