Very good to see when the Directors invest this much in a raising, no one knows a transaction like this better than them and in most well run businesses I have seen, the good directors know when to get set with a substantial purchase.

Haven't seen a change notice for Sandy yet, but not sure whether he invests in his own name, or if its all done through CVC. They have lodged their substantial shareholder change and its interesting to note that they have been buying on market since January, took up their rights and then invested another $2.5m. Talk about getting set!
