Honestly if Sam is going to purchase such an inconsequential amount of shares I would prefer he didn't buy any at all - it's a bad look.
Sam is a successful man - $16k is not a great sum to him, it appears he lacks confidence and is trying to tick a box if anything.
It all feels so half hearted and watered down, much like our lack of expediency with drilling.
