This is all a bit strange. Just an administrative oversight forgetting to notify the market?
The notice says the shares were bought on 7th June, but no shares traded at 2.8c on the 7th or even 6th as far as I can tell. Another error? If not on these dates then starting to get close to the blackout period 24 hrs after financial results released.
And why buy only $90 worth of shares? If he truly forgot to notify the market then it wasn’t meant as a show of faith to the market.
$90 not worth the broker fees so hardly an investment. Why buy $90 worth? Trying to shift the closing price? What was the actual date?
