The director was a highly experienced Partner with over 35 years at Deloitte. Shouldn’t need to be made aware of the rules.
In other news, in case shareholders are interested in information not disclosed to the market: Indigo Systems, the wholly owned subsidiary and the source of revenue for CropLogic NZ is closing all operations and I guess is the reason for the unexplained reduction of NZ revenue. Offering pro rata refunds of service contracts.
