DFS without a partner will be catastrophic. It means they have failed to get a partner and it is nothing but a paper tiger. Don't be surprised if this is delayed until after another capital raise. History shows they have failed every timeline and SW would love to give his broker mates a bit of fat in a nice little raise before Christmas.
