    How exactly does it make up for not taking up his full entitlement?

    Instead of fully participating and having the money go to the company, which the company desperately needs given their recent selling of NC1 at a significant loss for SHs, he's done a few buys to average up his ZEPOs. I put no value on his recent purchases given the failed CR.
