Agreed raysea it's a not insignificant amount to throw away so it could have some significance. Let's wait and see if the other directors have bought into the share offer.
Terry Kallis converted 90,160 Listed Options to shares at 3 cents each during the share offer. This did seem more like an attempt to boost confidence given that he could have bought nearly 3 times as many on the open market.
