Hi Porthos, maybe something happening in Spain,after all Terry did say back in July 1 on brr broadcast, he was "confident on moving forward on a jv in Spain so I'll just say watch this space on that".I believe they should concentrate in that area for the simple fact that we need to generate some income so they don't have to keep asking us poor old investors for more money.
