The directors have exercised their options at 23.4c each prior to the ex date. They will get $1 back on those once the capital return is paid out. Not bad if you have options that cheap to exercise. 76.6c profit for the privilege. Worry about the tax on that later.
Not sure what the KEEP shares are about, and not bothering to look either, but must have been worth it to do it.
