It’s a plausible logic that one. To convert the OAs he has to stump up a lot of cash and his buying and selling window not a free as ours. We dump a few heads and use that cash to convert where he may not be able to do so. With heads being priced as they are it’s probaby presents a good window for him to get his ducks in line at a discount.
