We need more directors at companies who are way down making moves like this.
Clayton is diluted, but still makes circa 500k per year. If he believes in the long term prospects of the company, then it's an easy decision. Even a small parcel of $50k would send a positive signal.
STIs and LTIs are all good and well, but there's something psychologically different about putting real money on the line.
