Cant see any real movement until the first official interest rate reduction, even though that will be meaningless the market is looking for a catalyst. Can't see algo trading being involved not big enough company nor is their enough liquidity for that. two options small holders just dumping small investments which when there is low liquidity makes for very outsized moves or a bit of good old manipulation buy larger investors to keep price down for their own nefarious reasons....
