whether he bought or not, this CR is desperation and any attempt to assert otherwise is misleading. You cannot tell me that 3 months after announcing a 30 pc haircut and essentially mothballing most other operations that a CR of this size is not desperation.

and we are here because this is where the company was led..... And by whom would that be....

perhaps a CEO more willing to compromise and perhaps even acquiesce to the requirement of the FDA , no matter how ignorant they may be would have got this over the line?

I agree 100% SI comes across as being stubborn and arrogant bad traits when trying to achieve a positive outcome.
