Seriously, whinge, whinge, whinge. We are all well aware of management shortcomings in strategy and execution and the executive snouts at the trough, but the guy has taken $3 million of his money (and painting SI as a multi-multi-millionaire using his share holdings at 2011 highs hardly reflective of his finances). That is a big chunk of money.
This is a very positive insider buying signal. The guy gets free shares that so many whinge about, but don't likely vote against the remuneration at AGM's over the years. He didn't have to buy shares. Many of you happily would have let him have more for free next year in your apathy.
Get a grip people. Many could have and should have sold out at $4, $3, $2, $1. You didn't. Either get with the program or sell out. Plenty of buyers out there willing to take your shares.
