No but in this case it does work it inverts the death rate.
And further the EU would be repealed if it didn't continue to do that. The FDA could have and should have, taken the advice of its own expert committee, approved the use of it in children at least, and then required post approval reporting taking care of the batch consistency issues which do not go to efficacy. The reasons it did not are murky at best.
