It sounds more like an emotional response to SI putting his money where his mouth is.It's an interesting comment really - pretending a subjective opinion is fact which is somehow vaguely to the detriment of "trying to achieve a positive outcome".
Trying to make sense of such silly comments is a bad trait for anyone trying to maintain healthy braincells.
