While it is not unreasonable to question the approach taken by SI and the BOD it is probably relevant to, at least, wonder what MSB employees are doing with this CR. Have they left the company in droves, have they remained but are in despair? Perhaps they are quietly confident that they are the people that can put together the trial and evidence that the company needs to satisfy the FDA. I wonder if they are quietly taking up their entitlements (assuming they are allowed to own shares in the company)??
All rhetorical questions and I honestly don't know. I will hazard a guess that they haven't left in droves. GLTAH
