so why not just say 60%. why use ambiguous words that can portray many meanings to many people?
I'd argue they thought they'd get away with the spin but it would seem the backlash of cynicism (totally brought upon themselves mind you) forced them to release the change form earlier than required to quiet the speculation.
This has all the hallmarks of an own goal by deflection off the keepers nuts.
