LOL, how can anyone say anything other than well done to Si. $3 Mill of his own cash to buy in the placement. There are plenty of companies out there where the CEO only gives himself free shares, doesn't buy in. This is a big confidence boost for the company and well done to him.
I cannot believe any real shareholders would not be happy with this. I think we can see in the comments who really holds, and who really pretends to hold. Only outcome from a holder here would be 100% glad he bought in with $3 MILLION!
