Since August last year, Simon has added about 3.65m shares, which is about 1.2% of issued capital. Yet there has not been an updated notification for change in substantial holding? Thought this would definitely be required as he holds >50% of Shares on Issue?
Thought this was required when there is >1% change when you are a substantial holder (even if slowly increasing/creeping)?Anyhow, the company and Simon/his finance advisors should be all over this I would have thought?
