If consumers were aware of Alexium's sleep technology I wonder...

If consumers were aware of Alexium's sleep technology I wonder if it would be not treated as a luxury and more as a necessity - here is some direct feed back of not having the Alexium technology :

My wife purchased "Memory foam topper" it goes on top of the mattress , sure it made the memory foam made the bed softer and more comfortable but it came with a disadvantage ,when I used it for the first time last night.
The underlay was hot and clammy to my body even at 22 degree temperature , as it retained heat , unlike the inner sprung matteress underneath it.
It took me 4 hours to get to sleep on it last night . Maybe Alexium could have a manufacturer produce a a topper that could have two sides one side for winter to retain heat and the opposite side you could use for summer with the Alexium cooling technology ?
