I am offering a bet for a bottle of beer to anyone who thinks that he was issued 15,992 shares [as per the notice], by stating that I am CERTAIN that he was NOT issued 15,992 shares.

Indeed I am CONFIDENT that a phone call to the TLG company secretary would be able to confirm this.

I am further willing to bet that Terry Stinson - following the allocation of shares from the SPP and contrary to the above Change in Director's Interest notice DOES NOT hold an indirect interest in 165,614 ordinary shares.

It's a bet, a challenge, a riddle if you like.

Well he was not issued/allocated them personally it looks like his family discretionary trust was.

But I suspect you mean something on top of that ?
