You may be right, but I can't see the relevance of your statement. Yes, directors bought shares - via their entitlement as part of a publicly available SPP. Were they simply going to let their entitlement lapse?
What is interesting however is FT's buys and sells on-market. Don't think this is what you were referring to, however.
