How is it that SRX is appointing COOs and not someone to look after Governance, risk and compliance like a CRO especially in a time when Australia is in the global media spotlight for corporate governance and risk "profiling" in the case of Ardent Leisure's Dreamworld Disaster and the bonus aftermath, the Crown Casino 18 incarcerated in a P.R.C. Gaol for "gambling" and "graft" crimes and these appalling ANNs from companies such as SRX (BIT: Biotron is another biopharma with similar problems of compliance as SRX).
The SRX SP is being quashed & u have sunset careerists securing plum jobs, CEOs selling enormous parts of their holdings without explanation unfettered by the regulator, ASIC.
