I have been away from home all morning, so no response to wise comments on this forum.   I actually don't care about materiality of information, if dose sales and/or gross revenue/net profit were published, it would be price sensitive, if only to reaffirm market expectations.  Which would probably move the SP upwards!

For me the key bit of ASIC guidelines is this: "Where the decision is a difficult one, best practice is to err on the side of caution and consider not only the law but how the trading could be perceived by the market".

In my view the dose sales, gross revenue and net profit figures for the last quarter can not be anything but "price sensitive".  GW knows them, we don't.
