Absolutely 6186mark.
Not keeping the market informed regularly on sales etc when I am sure that information is available is bad enough but for the CEO to actually be selling shares without keeping the market informed on price sensitive information that is available to Management but not the Shareholders is completely unacceptable before even considering the legalities about it.
It's improper and not good enough.
