I wonder if the lack of information on forecasts is being driven by the restrictions imposed on Sirtex by ASCO. This being that if SRX want to use the ASCO conferences to publicise their research outcomes, they have to play by ASCO rules of no prior information release before conference presentations. This could explain the smug looks by SRX executives at the AGM, knowing that good news is coming, but not being able to divulge it.
