It's interesting that the market seems to understand NextDC and their valuation. There are high barriers to entry (due to capital, limited space, technical expertise), data consumption continues to grow (not a surprise to anyone), and data centres are well positioned for that increase in consumption. Superloop and Fibre networks in general have very similar characteristics - however at the moment the multiple is crazy low (even if you exclude all the services business + retail internet).
