Steven Crane is extremely well credentialed and is also a director of SCA Property Group. This was undoubtedly an investment decision.
A director for over 10 years, he has held these shares since 2015, and as JCoure has pointed out we should not over analyse this transaction.
Prior to this transaction, Steven Crane held more shares than any other director. Sadly all 8 directors now hold less than 0.025% in total.
