Expenses should begin to drop but they haven't had a full quarter with all the extra staff so they're still spending a lot. The worst case scenario would be that revenue misses guidance so badly they can't access any more of their debt facility. They've claimed that it won't be needed but then they've also claimed they were going to make around $15 million in Q1 and they were closer to $11 million. So faith in what management says is non-existent and if they can't access debt they suddenly find out they will need then a CR becomes something to discuss or they have to cut staff. I personally think (hope) they should come out of this and by year's end people buying now should turn a good profit but I am certainly not going to feel particularly confident until I see the Q2 results and learn more about the initial GO uptake.
