Carroll the Independent chairman has overseen a decline in share price from $1.16 to to $0.615 since he deposed the original highly successful board ( who achieved significant outperformance since inception) Further he recommended to shareholders to terminate the high performing OC Funds who had been appointed by the previous board to offset the very poor performance of Bouburas . Carroll then recommended to appoint Naos with no independent research report. Naos have achieved minus 13% since , many,many millions of dollars lost by shareholders.
