Do the directors or top holders have to declare it if they sell at s high level and buy back the same amount lower in a short period of time?
Trading patterns of CFO, SMN, HZR, BBX (when actually trading) and Paa all match this pattern and there's money to be made following it.
Makes sense out of the inability of this share to hold its gains.
