I agree current prices are high, and may seem like a poor use of capital, but when you consider the whole picture of the buyback, you can't be too unhappy.
They raised $1.3b for the Playtech acquisition that didn't happen, at $41.85 per share, for 31m shares or thereabouts.
The buyback to date has repurchased 39.5m shares at an average price of $39.29 per share.
I trust that management feels the shares are still undervalued, otherwise they wouldn't still be buying.
