They just paid a dividend, and might need the cash for other capex stuff that has been potentially flagged. Register is pretty tight too so don't really need a buyback IMO.
Still don't see why this can't get to at least 5 x earnings if you want to be conservative just because it's a small company (currently at about 3x) organically as more people simply discover it exists.
