As someone who's biggest holding is CAA and always looks for these type of companies, the only other one outside of Coal like you mentioned that I have my eye on is HLI - that one mainly depends on how bullish you are on growth of people taking out mortgage insurance really. Currently trading on 4x earnings, I constantly debate whether to buy some or not lately.
For ATP, feel like it's just been (and stays) under the radar because it's so tiny more than anything, and any decent-sized investors can't buy in without warping the share price so they avoid it.
