he is a director , I'm not, him selling has ramifications for the market cap, as obviously happened, me selling has no effect, it's strange he would sell 44k when he got an 800k dividend. shows he doesn't respect the market price, or let it develop, as it's very undervalued and slow to build, it would be nice if he had that in mind , it's his duty as director to look after the company, what else are we meant to think, he should be trying to build up the price to at least 20 cents minimum if not more as it's under valued
