    If you check the RFX announcement history most of the directors collect their Director fees in shares and not cash.
    So for the non-exec directors buy shares in the CR requires them to tip in additional money.
    Many of the RFX non-exec directors have been working for free or close to free for many years.
    Not so for Tim of course, he gets paid in cash but he has tipped in $20k which is certainly a good committment IMO.
