So let me see if I have this straight. Tim Harris, the managing director and CEO of the company, holds 897,529 shares (between the direct and indirect interests, never mind the options.) That gave him an entitlement to 448,765 shares in the recent offer, or $94,240.65 worth... and he went in for 23,810, or $5000 (or so). That's not what I would call a ringing endorsement of the company by somebody who should be in a position to know where it's positioned and headed. I'll grant that he may be hard up for cash, but with a salary (inclusive of superannuation) of $455,000 per annum, it's a really poor look in my book. Small wonder that the company only managed about 25% uptake.
