$4m revenue looks about right to me.
The latest quarterly showed 43% growth in the Australian segment. I think it's reasonable to annualise this given it's mainly due to the expanded professional risks team and the boost from cyber will last a while.
43% growth takes the Aus revenue from $2.4 to $3.4m.
Second half should see some contribution from the new environmental lines. This should get us close to $4m.
Maybe some upside too.
Strong possibility an aquisition or two.
The AGM address mentioned "new distribution models" which could be a move into broking?
